About Shreeya Bajracharya:

Shreeya Bajracharya, the daughter of a farmer, was the first Kumari, who was designated as Kumari of Bhaktapur by the State Supervision of Cultural Affairs. Normally this would be done by the king's chief priest. But after the abolition of the monarchy in May 2008, also this office is no longer.

Her supervisor Nhuchhe Ratna Shakya comments: "Shreeya is a beautiful and lovely goddess." She loves to eat biscuits and rice flakes. I her future she would like to work as a nurse.
